Affogato - Delicious Simple Coffee Based Desert

Ingredients 1 scoop vanilla gelato, or ice cream 57g hot espresso, or strongly brewed hot coffee Grated chocolate, for garnish In a chilled glass or desert dish place a large scoop of vanilla ice cream (very cold) Slowly poor the coffee over the ice cream, or put in a jug for your guests to pour Garnish with shaved or grated chocolate ( or you can add a little liqueur of your choice)  and serve with a spoon
