Returns

Unopened and unused items can be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Due to the nature of coffee as a perishable product, opened coffee cannot be returned unless it is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We may ask for photos to help resolve the issue quickly.

Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act are not affected.

How to Return an Item

Please contact us. before sending anything back., We’ll arrange a return satchel with a prepaid courier label. Simply drop it off at your nearest courier collection point.

Refunds

Once the return is received and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
