If you’ve just shopped with us, come back for your second order and enjoy 50% extra coffee on us.
After that, you’ll receive a 50% extra coffee Loyalty Reward on your 5th order and every 5th order after that — including your 10th, 15th, 20th order and beyond.
How the Loyalty Reward works
All customers receive 50% extra coffee on their 2nd order.
After your 2nd-order reward, your next Loyalty Reward will be calculated using the average amount of coffee purchased since your previous Loyalty Reward milestone.
For example:
- You purchase 500g on your 3rd order
- You purchase 1kg on your 4th order
- You purchase 750g on your 5th order
Your average purchase is 750g, so your 5th-order Loyalty Reward will be 375g of free extra coffee.
The same calculation will apply again on your 10th order, based on the average amount purchased between your 6th and 10th orders. It will then continue on your 15th, 20th and every 5th order after that.
Loyalty Rewards and Subscription Rewards
If you select the Subscription option, you’ll receive 15% extra coffee on your regular subscription orders.
When your order reaches a Loyalty Reward milestone, the 50% extra coffee Loyalty Reward will apply instead of the 15% Subscription Reward. Loyalty Rewards and Subscription Rewards are not combined on the same order.
