Ingredients:
- 1 scoop vanilla gelato, or ice cream
- 57g hot espresso, or strongly brewed hot coffee
- Grated chocolate, for garnish
In a chilled glass or desert dish place a large scoop of vanilla ice cream (very cold)
Slowly poor the coffee over the ice cream, or put in a jug for your guests to pour
Garnish with shaved or grated chocolate ( or you can add a little liqueur of your choice) and serve with a spoon
