Espresso Recipe: 1:2 coffee-to-espresso ratio with a 25-30 second extraction.
Plunger Recipe: 1:12 coffee-to-water ratio. If you're using 350 ml/grams of water, you’ll want 30 grams of coffee. Pour 40 grams of water, stir, and let it bloom for 30 seconds. Wait for 4 minutes before plunging.
