If you are after a dark, stronger flavoured coffee, Mariana blend may be the one you are looking for. This blend has both dark beans and medium-dark beans, with a balanced bean ratio, that made possible the full flavour characteristics of each bean. Enjoy a full, dark chocolatey flavour with a pleasant floral note right through.
Note on Dark coffee Beans: Longer roasting times bring out the natural oils in coffee beans, giving dark roasts their rich, bold flavour and glossy appearance. Enjoy the taste that only dark roasted coffee can offer!

Origin: Colombia, Indonesia, Ethiopia, Guatemala
Taste notes: Dark chocolate, balanced floral and dark nutty note with a long fine wine finish.
Espresso Recipe: 1:2 coffee-to-espresso ratio with a 25-30 second extraction.
Plunger Recipe: Use a 1:12 coffee-to-water ratio.
- Measure: Add 30g of coffee to your plunger.
- Bloom: Pour 40ml of hot water (90-95°C) over the grounds, stir gently, and let it bloom for 30 seconds.
- Brew: Add the remaining 310ml of water and let it steep for 4 minutes.
- Plunge & Enjoy: Slowly press the plunger down and serve immediately.
Cold Brew Coffee Ratio:
- Strong Brew (1:8): 125 grams of coffee to 1 liter of water.
- Milder Brew (1:10): 100 grams of coffee to 1 liter of water.
Mix coffee and water in a jar, refrigerate for 12-24 hours, strain, and serve over ice. Enjoy!
