Brazil Cerrado - Single Origin
Brazil Cerrado coffee means tropical savannah but, one could use this name to refer to the entire savannah that stretches many states in Brazil.
When it comes to the name usually refers to the Cerrado region in the west of Minas Gerais.
This area is relatively new to coffee production and perhaps this explains why it is dominated by large, mechanized farms.
In fact, over ninety percent of the farms in the region are larger than 10 hectares.
Altitude: 850-1,250m above sea level
Process: Natural. Cherries are left to dry on the tree, then harvested and left to finish drying on the concrete patios.
Region: Cerrado, Brazil Cerrado is an eco-region within the states of Goia’s and Minas Gerais.

Aroma: Sweet and soft and with notes of pine and peanuts
Acidity: Low to medium
Body: Medium
Tasting Notes: A smooth nutty flavor with a sweet finish.
Very balanced and not overpowering in one characteristic.
